Born in Texas and raised in Mexico, Vanessa has called Quintana Roo home for over 15 years. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she brings 6 years of leasing real estate experience throughout the Riviera Maya and a genuine passion for this region to every interaction.
As our Office Manager and Client Coordinator, Vanessa's mission is simple: make the process easy. She carefully filters and curates listing options so clients only see what truly fits their needs, while managing property marketing on the back end to ensure every listing gets the attention it deserves. On our call, we go deep. We'll walk you through the full purchase and finance process, explore the neighbourhoods that match your lifestyle or investment goals, discuss price points, property management options, and our trusted maintenance teams. We'll also go over our touring retainer ($200 USD), which activates your hands-on property search and ensures we dedicate our full attention to finding your perfect match.
Step 5 — We Curate Your Options
There is no MLS system here. So we have our means including 2 back end sites and multiple real estate advisor groups where we collect our listings.
We hand-pick properties which fit the sandbox we are playing in.
Once we have your proof of funds and proof of flight booked we will begin to organize the tours and will start sending you more options to chose from.
Touring Retainer
To ensure we can dedicate the right time and attention to every client, we require a small $200 USD touring retainer to confirm your property tours. This is fully refunded at the time of purchase.
The retainer allows us to reserve your tour dates, focus on serious buyers, and give you a pressure-free experience. If you ultimately decide the Riviera Maya isn't the right fit, there are no hard feelings — it simply ensures that the time we spend together is intentional and valuable for both sides.
